I love a good sandwich. Often I prefer an open face sandwich that might be piled high enough to require a fork. This was New Years Day lunch. Yummy!
Sourdough bread (gluten free bread for me but no reason everyone else can't enjoy good bread) with olive oil mayo, tomatoes, cheese, smoked salmon and perfectly flavored garnish.
Above is cambazola cheese garnished with capers and lemon.
This one is dubliner cheddar with a basil mustard sauce and baby dill.
Both were delish. And the olives complimented perfectly. Hmm, now I'm hungry and it isn't yet lunch time here. Hehe.
